T-shirt Bench: 245x3x8 on the min every min
Took the day off from squatting and pulling due to a hurt left hamstring. After I deadlifted 580x5 the other week I tweaked it even more then it was. My left hamstring has always been tight and the deadlift pushed it over the edge and it has been very sore. I have been performing a lot of mobility for my hamstring and it is starting to feel better. In the mean time I am doing a lot more high bar squats and front squats and deadlifting light.
Bench: 350x2, 365x2, 380x2 paused the first 315x6
High Bar Squat: 405x5, 415x5, 425x5
Deadlift: 225x5, 315x5, 225x5
