Lifting Seminars with Chris Riley & Brent Kim
Barbell lifts are a core component of strength training for sport and CrossFit. If you want to get stronger, you squat, bench, deadlift, and press. If you want to develop power and explosiveness, you snatch and clean-and-jerk. These lifts can be technical and executing them effectively requires a trained eye and hand.

Our workshop program has assisted CrossFitters, powerlifters, strongman contestants, weightlifters, and many other athletes in achieving significant personal improvements in:
1. Overall athletic strength - Improved execution leads to more confidence in the lifts and better results in training.
2. Mobility and mechanics - educate lifters with ideal movement and positioning in the lifts and how to obtain them.
3. Protection from injury - the workshop focuses on efficient and safe lifting and effective programming to reduce injuries and maximize progress.
Lifting can be beneficial, but it is most effective when done using efficient technique and programming. We provide competition-tested experience in both for you and your clients.
