School-Age/Off-Season Strength Training
Season athletes compete with a designated season of competition, they can benefit from reestablishing or improving their strength base by shifting back into a strength maintenance and conditioning phase.
We provide off-season and summer strength and performance courses designed for the student athlete. We structure our programs to the individual or group based on the goals of coaches, students and parents.
Through basic strength movements such as Squat, Bench press, Deadlift, Overhead press, and Powerclean, athletes can make fast progress and improve their strength tremendously in a short amount of time - often in just a few months.
Based on advanced university degree study in Exercise Physiology, demonstrated success in national competitions and coaching clients in setting Texas strength records, we provide expert instruction and coaching.
Our constant focus is correct lifting and movement techniques. We reinforce from the start correct form. Students will experience how small adjustments in technique deliver big strength improvements while reducing the chance for injury.
Our strength programs are easy for students to follow and track their individual success week to week. Athletes can use their strength program through-out their multi-year athletic career.
Boy and girl student athletes of all sports will experience:

•Increased Mobility & Reduced Injury - Strength results improved sports movement
•Improved Explosiveness and Balance - Strength drives faster, balanced movement under loads
