Are you meeting the bar overhead, or are you reaching lock out with your arms, but still stabilizing with your torso/split? Are you punching into the split while your arms have not reached lock out?
Is your dip and drive stable, or are you heaving the bar off your shoulders with trunk movement in addition to leg drive?
Are you anticipating the split, and moving your legs to split before they have completed the drive up?
