215 is about 4kg over Artem Okulov's best competition result (211 in the 2014 World Championships). Note Artem's economy of movement - there are no readjustments mid-lift, or even between the clean and the jerk. He does not have an extended or elaborate set up for his start position. Some of this is expertise and proficiency developed over thousands of reps, simply knowing how the lift should feel and how the bar/weight will react. A large part of it is also basic foundational concepts like maintaining balance over the foot and keeping a braced trunk. If you have a lot of extraneous movement in your set up, or you have an elaborate readjustment somewhere in the lift, consider how many opportunities that creates for losing tension and/or balance. You want to minimize unnecessary movement once you begin the lift.
